Found this the pic from the left side, 95 kg, it took me a life to mock my body like that! Sad but true I was 5 kg from reaching 100 kg. I feel ashamed but that was the truth! I have decided to change my life , to teach my body how to leave healthy! After 3 months of ketogenic diet here's the result! I still have 20 kg to go, I am not expecting it to be easy or fast but as long as I'll melt them down one by one I don't mind how long it will take me, I'm sure it's worth it!!! A physical change comes only after a mental one!
